SUVAYA 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your SUVAYA sunglasses. If you need to return them, our 14-day policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Changed Your Mind?

If you’ve had a change of heart, you can return your item for an exchange or store credit, provided it meets our Return Conditions below. Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind or size-related returns.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. For qualifying returns, we offer an exchange or a store credit in the form of a Gift Card.

Final Sale Items
Items discounted by 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached.
• Be free from perfume, body odor, deodorant, or detergent scents.
• Be free from makeup, tanning marks, glitter, or pet hair.

Please pack your return carefully to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, you may exchange your item. Once we process your return, we’ll send out the new item if it’s available. Unfortunately, we can’t hold items for exchange, so we recommend sending your return promptly. If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit.

Please note that discount codes can’t be applied to exchanges.

Store Credit

Once we receive your returned item, store credit will be issued within 2 weeks in the form of a Gift Card, sent to the email address used for the original order. Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
